EOI - Malawi - Implementation of ERP for Customer Services Improvement for Rumphi Water Supply and Sanitation Services Improvement Project - RWSSIP 18-Feb-2025 The services included under this contract are for Implementation of an ERP for Customer Services Improvement. The Consultant will be required to provide an ERP System that will improve operational efficiency and customer service delivery. Specifically, the Consultant will be required to: - Implement a web-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to automate, integrate all the NRWB’s operations/processes and enforce necessary controls. Integrate all processes across the organisation including Operations Management, Customer Services, Meter reading and maintenance, Billing, Receipting and Revenue Credit Control Management, Financial Management, Payroll, Messaging for communications, and Project Management. Provide a system with dashboard capabilities to facilitate accurate and timely reporting and informed strategic management decisions. Improve customer service delivery by providing an online contact point, improving access to customer information, improved fault reporting and tracking. Improve organisational productivity through the reduction of time spent on managing documents among others. Provide periodical and ad hoc reports.
