SPN - Malawi - Construction of Engineered Landfill in Rumphi District - RWSSIP 26-Jan-2026 The Government of Malawi through the Northern Region Water Board has received financing from the African Development Bank hereinafter called the Bank toward the cost of the Rumphi Water and Sanitation Services Improvement Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contracts for Construction of Engineered Landfill in Rumphi District. The Northern Region Water Board (NRWB) now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders registered with the Construction Industry Regulatory Authority (CIRA) in the Unlimited Civil Category for Construction of Engineered Landfill in Rumphi District. The construction period is Eight (8) Calendar Months.
