EOI - Malawi - Supervision of Kapichira Phase I Rehabilitation and Modernization Works 17-Mar-2026 The services included under this project involves the Provision of Supervisory Services for the full rehabilitation and modernization of Kapichira Phase I Hydropower Plant. The assignment entails reviewing existing studies and project documents, assessing rehabilitation and modernization plans, and conducting field studies to understand the current plant conditions. It as well includes supporting procurement of the contractor, preparing an inception report, supervising works, and overseeing ESMP implementation, risk management, safety, and quality. The consultant shall also review and approve technical designs and schedules and submit regular progress and final project reports.
